Recently renewed and named after prominent Latin writers.

Close to everything and no steep stairs, far from all the noise and walking distance to all the clubs and night life, just few steps to a French restaurant, a vegetarian restaurant  and a traditional Mexican eatery, plus many other restaurants and bars.

Excellent location for groups, families and friends, the three apartments, each with independent entrances, can be connected on the inside by a service spiral staircase.

Two large apartments each three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate 6 people each and one penthouse with two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms, can accommodate 4 people, and includes a magnificent terrace overlooking the Bahia de Banderas (Banderas Bay) and the famous bell tower of the Parrish.
